Valley Plumbing has serviced South Jordan since 2011. Our local shop is at 406 S Jordan Pkwy W, five minutes from most of Daybreak. We pull dozens of permits in this city every year and we know which builder used which water heater brand, which Daybreak sub-village put the manifold in the garage versus the basement, and which HOAs need approval pulled before a condenser pad gets touched.
South Jordan plumbing isn't the same job as the rest of the valley. Most of the homes here are 2003 or newer — Daybreak's master-planned phases, Kennecott Lands, River Heights, Mountain View Village, and the newer subdivisions east of Bangerter.
